All secondary and Post 16 learners at ALP School have access to Skills Forward. This is a platform of lessons, tasks, and assessments to help you work towards your functional skills qualifications in English, Maths and ICT. If you have not got your username and password contact your school. 

Oak National Academy was created in April 2020 as a rapid response to the coronavirus outbreak. Teachers and colleagues from leading education organisations came together to support schools’ efforts to keep children learning.

Since then, they have developed 40,000 resources with the support of 550 teachers and delivered over 130 million lessons in our online classroom.

Designed by literacy experts, Reading Eggs makes learning essential reading and phonics skills easy and fun

The programme uses a highly motivating sequence of online reading lessonsactivities and books that keep pupils engaged and on task.

Learners can access Reading Eggs at school, at home and on various devices. It makes learning possible anywhere. Log in Details should have been sent to all Eligible Learners if they do not have the details or have lost them contact their Tutor or the school for assistance.

BBC Bitesize is a free online study support resource designed to help with learning, revision and homework! Bitesize provides support for learners aged 3 to 16+ across a wide range of school subjects. It also supports children and young people’s wellbeing and career choices.
