This is our first term of teaching Photography at Piervew Academy and we are thrilled to announce that three of our learners have been shortlisted for the John Downton Awards.
This Kent wide competition is open to schools within the region and to be selected for exhibition is a real achievement.
We have one nomination for the 11-15 year old category with Jenson Allen’s, Lightning over Gravesend and two for the 16+ category with Louis Templeman’s, Liberty and Elliot Davie’s, Hulk. Photographs will be featured in the online exhibition to be launched soon.
