Professional boxer Cheavon Clarke dropped in to chat to learners about effort, ambition and achieving dreams. After being selected to carry the Commonwealth baton on its journey to Birmingham, the Double Commonwealth and Olympic athlete spoke with learners delivering words of inspiration and wisdom. Not only did Chev talk about working towards future dreams but he discussed healthy eating and healthy living. Learners were amazed to see the local hero at their door and posed for photos.
