Nick Ashton Aka Chicken Monster visited Pierview on the 12th May 2023 to discuss his career as a Digital Artist.
He discussed the struggles and challenges of self doubt and how to reflect on your own personal growth and not compare yourself to others. Now working as a freelance illustrator, he explained how diverse his career is and how it grew from scribbling in school to creating artwork in movies, before settling in Medway as a freelance digital artist. He has worked on amazing projects such as Harry Potter, How to train your dragon and theatre shows in London.
